The STARFISH soil diagnosis provides you with precise knowledge of the bacterial biodiversity of the plots analyzed. In particular, the analysis identifies and characterizes the bacterial functions of interest supporting soil productivity. These functions of interest actively participate in: penetration and storage of water in the soil, cohesion of soil molecules to prevent erosion, carbon sequestration, nutrient cycle, nitrogen cycle, phosphorus solubilization. Our diagnosis is based on physico-electro-chemical and especially microbiological analyses of your cultivated soils. Our analysis process is based on a breakthrough approach, protected by patent, using very high-resolution DNA sequencing that allows knowledge of the microbial ecosystem and the functions it performs.
