Description

Finapp produces a new generation of CRNS - Cosmic Ray Neutron Sensing - sensors that provide information on soil moisture on a large scale (around five hectares), at a depth of 50 cm, in real time and continuously. The sensor is non-invasive, lightweight and compact, easy to install, easy to use - ready for off-grid use - and easy to maintain. Finapp supports precision farming by providing a unique understanding of soil moisture that allows irrigation strategies to be optimised, resulting in better quality crops, in greater quantities, without wasting water. For the first time, environmental sustainability and farm profitability go hand in hand. Finapp has developed specific services for precision farming: 1. Soil moisture, measured by our probes 2. Detailed soil moisture maps 3. Irrigation advice Our data is always easy to interpret and retrieve, just any PC or smartphone connected to the internet is enough to see soil moisture data, maps and irrigation advice at the click of a button, without having to install any software.
