Tonnellerie Cadus, located in Burgundy, produces French oak barrels from French oak forests, carefully selected to help release the wine's aromatic and energetic expression, according to the organoleptic character of each terroir and the ageing time. Tonnellerie Cadus' shareholders include the Canadell family and Maison Louis Jadot, giving it a perfect understanding of the technical requirements for maturing fine wines.
The Tonnellerie AnA Sélection was originally developed for Bordeaux grape varieties, highlighting terroirs with barrels that bring volume and tension.
These two complementary cooperages enable balanced blends that meet the expectations of the most demanding winemakers.
