Description
For over 25 years, SAVEA has been developing wastewater treatment processes for wineries, distilleries and the food industry. These systems are mainly based on combinations of aerobic treatment systems with Treatment Wetlands and are covered by two patents:
- BAFPR®; consisting in the combination of activated sludge with sludge clarifying and Drying Reed Beds and,
- Rhizosph’air®, which is a single stage of intensified Treatment Wetland treating raw wastewater (integrated sludge management) improved with a forced aeration system.
These Nature Based Solutions make it possible to integrate the processes into the landscape, while respecting and improving the local biodiversity. The high treatment efficiencies facilitates also the reuse of treated wastewater according to the regulatory standards specific to the various uses.
We guarantee high discharge water quality, optimized operating costs, and optimal landscape integration without any odor nuisance.
