Since 2009, the TEDEM cooperage, specialized in the regeneration of barrels, has been able to develop and file patents. We present to you the culmination of our research with the new INFINI barrel. This method is followed and analyzed by EXCELL laboratories.
The qualities of INFINI by TEDEM barrels:
- micro-oxigenation restored
- no planing, therefore no risk of leaks
- no devaluation of the value of the barrel
- infinite regeneration
- Three possible variations: MINERAL, FRESH*, STRUCTURE*
(* Injections of oenological tannins to increase the level of ellagitannins and make your wines more complex.)
-After regeneration the barrels can be used for all alcohols (white wine, brandy, whiskey, etc.)
