Description

Beaucarnea, a company based in Brittany and founded in 2022, offers a unique product in the wine and spirits market. It is the first luxury item capable of recording and displaying, in a purely mechanical and irreversible way, the temperature variations experienced by a bottle of wine or champagne throughout its life. Unlike digital trackers currently available, this product is not only aimed at wineries but also at end consumers, giving them certainty about the quality of their bottle’s preservation, thus avoiding the “lottery” when purchasing wine. Following 11 years of research and development, Beaucarnea holds 3 patents for this technology and was awarded the Gold Medal at the 2023 Concours Lépine.
