Tava ceramics are the result of many years of research and development.
Starting from traditional production systems, TAVA has designed, through new technical solutions, an ideal tool that meets the requirements of modern oenology, guaranteeing perfect safety of use.
The 3rd generation of a family of Italian ceramists, Francesco Tava naturally turned to the production of high-end ceramic containers with the help of renowned oenologists and winemakers.
By combining the artisanal gesture with the scientific knowledge of ceramics, TAVA has been able to preserve the age-old spirit while offering unmatched health guarantees and controlled porosity for optimal micro-oxygenation.
Tava ceramics are the result of an exclusive assembly and in predetermined percentages, of natural clays from different European quarries. With a constant chemical analysis over time and without any synthetic components, Francesco TAVA has succeeded in creating an amphora that leaves no room for chance.
TAVA's philosophy is part of a desire to use sustainable tools and to contribute to the overall balance and complexity of wines.
A range of different volumes is currently available, ranging from 320 to 1600 liters.
