With over 13 years experience in the design, consultancy and supply of geothermal heat exchangers (under CSTB technical approval), Elixair solution has been implemented at over 230 sites in France, ranging from 100 to 110,000m3h.
Faced with climatic change this passive temperature control solution is the perfect answer to the energy issues in buildings by preheating and cooling the outside air via an underground cast-iron network connected to a ventilation system. In this way, it is possible to reduce heating requirements by 15 to 30% and ensure a summer comfort temperature comfort temperature of 80 to 100%.
