Certains cépages étrangers ( actuellement cultivés dans des zones chaudes et sèches pourraient représenter une solution d’adaptation au changement climatique en intégrant les cahiers des charges de production en IGP ou en AOP grâce au dispositif VIFA. Ces cépages font l’objet d’expérimentation et ont donné leurs premiers vins sur le territoire français. Jugeons de leur potentiel ensemble !
