Description
I am a research engineer at the Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences (ISVV) at the University of Bordeaux and project manager of a project entitled "The Observatory of the Biodiversity of Oenological Microorganisms". As part of this project we are following the development of microorganisms and microbial communities over time in the context of climate change. Samples are collected each year from selected vineyards as well as from two cooperages, then analysed and preserved at the ISVV.
