Eclat Original barrel

Description

The ECLAT ORIGINAL barrel is the authentic expression of the influence of wood toasting technology using ceramic heat. The staves of the barrel are slowly and delicately bent over a wood fire then thoroughly ‘cooked’ through to the heart using ceramic heat. Deep, uniform toasting of the staves caramelises the wood sugars without the presence of smoky notes. ECLAT Original promotes expression, fruit integrity and site-expressiveness whilst also imparting subtly spiced notes depending on the chosen toasting intensity.
