Description
Galatea has an elongated and elegant shape. Its 'egg' shape makes it possible to increase the volume of the container while retaining the same capacity to exploit convective movements. The process takes place thanks to the spherical ends, which in maceration with the skins maceration with the skins helps to keep the cap compact and homogeneous.
The Clayver tank breathes, but moderately, without excess, in order to preserve the wine as best as possible. The stoneware is micro-porous: Depending on the cooking temperature, we can create 2 types of oxygen flow.
Clayver is very easy and simple to maintain, with water! It accepts cleaning with pressurized water, acids and bases.
