THE CLAYVER CELLAR SYSTEM: the new CLAYVER cellar SYSTEM is available in two types of modular and versatile configurations: ARISTEO and ATLANTE.
ATLANTE is a module of two ORIZZONTE vessels of 850l/1000l, which totals 1700l/2000l and can be extended as desired.
The ATLANTE stacked modules are versatile and optimize the space of the cellar by preserving the ceramic vessels from accidental knocks and simplify their handling. The vessels can be filled and emptied via a valve placed on the stainless steel closing cover.
Draw-off is facilitated by the presence of a decanter elbow, thus avoiding the use of a pump through the bung hole. Modules can be used individually or side by side to create an entire wall of CLAYVER vessels.
