The remarkable quality of our
CLASSIQUE COLLECTION is achieved
through the meticulous selection of
oaks from prestigious forests with
slow-growing wood, which allows us
to obtain very fine grain and porosity
of the highest quality.
Our oaks originate from certified
forests, with the Bureau Veritas
guarantee, and with full traceability
and food safety.
These barrels are subjected to heat
treatment with oak wood from the
same source, using protocols that
guarantee total precision in the time
and temperature parameters.
The CLASSIQUE COLLECTION is
available in different models and
capacities, up to a maximum of 850
liters (225 gal).
This combination of technical
precision and the never-ending
