Despite all the care taken by the winemaker during the winemaking process, there is always a risk of faults appearing, often for microbiological reasons. Knowing how to spot these faults as early as possible and at the lowest possible dose is the most effective way of remedying them. Let's take a look at some of these faults, their origins and their solutions.
