How to combine fixed and on-board sensors for improved spatio-temporal monitoring of vineyard plots.
Precision agriculture is agriculture that manages spatial and temporal heterogeneity on an intra-parcel scale. Capturing this variability is now made possible by the availability of low-cost fixed or on-board sensors. Taking the example of imagery in viticulture, we will show how sampling in time and space can better ensure the phenological and sanitary monitoring of a plot.
