Diversification to be studied - an industry to be created
Build on winegrowers' knowledge of vines to launch a table grape industry in Gironde. Rely on a large consumer market in and around Bordeaux Métropole. The choice of varieties is important: there are many to choose from. We can choose classic varieties, well-known varieties, resistant varieties... To start production at a low investment cost, we can think about grafting certain wine grape vines.
