Protection in the vineyard: new models to enhance AODs

Description
The use of phytosanitary products in viticulture is necessary for the production of grapes. However, this use can lead to the presence of residues in wines. Although these residues are well below MRLs, their presence can raise questions among some consumers. The model developed aims to predict the probability of residues being found in wine, based on a forecast treatment schedule. In another area, a regional parameterization study was carried out using a "eudemis" model, in order to assess the benefits of integrating it into a larger OAD (DeciTrait).
