This round table will present the latest advances in partial or total dealcoholization of sparkling wines, with contributions from internationally renowned researchers and key companies in the sector. Following the round table, a tasting of no/low-alcohol cuvées will be held on the “Sparkling Wine Forum by EFFEVENT” stand, Hall 3 - D0418.
