Bordeaux wine production costs, impact of yield and focus on organic wines.
The Gironde Chamber of Agriculture will present updated production costs for Bordeaux wines and the new version of the Référentiel Économique du Vigneron. Using data observed in recent years, the CIVB will share its views on the impact of yield. Finally, a focus on organic wines will be presented by Vignerons Bio de Nouvelle Aquitaine.
