A model to predict residues in wine

Description
The use of phytosanitary products in viticulture is necessary for the production of grapes. However, this use can lead to the presence of residues in wines. Although these residues are well below MRLs, their presence can raise questions among some consumers. The model developed, integrated into the DeciTrait OAD, predicts the probability of residues being found in wine, based on a forecast treatment schedule.
