The Cap System by CDA is a versatile automatic crimping machine designed for the distribution and crimping of capsules or caps. Compatible with all bottle formats, it is also suitable for sparkling wines.
With a speed of up to 1500 bottles per hour, depending on the chosen options, bottle formats, and capsule types, this machine provides a high-performance and adaptable solution.
Equipped with a conveyor, a capsule/cap distributor, and one or two crimping stations as needed, the Cap System also features an intuitive touchscreen for easy management and configuration. It integrates seamlessly into any production line and pairs perfectly with CDA's automatic labeling machines for a comprehensive solution.
