Dispensing & crimping machine R1000/1500
Description
The R1000/R1500 by CDA is a linear automatic labeling machine specifically designed for the wine industry.
It can apply up to four labels (front label, back label, medal, and neck label) on a bottle, while also handling the distribution and crimping of metal or PVC capsules on the neck.
Thanks to the 3-point labeling technique, these machines ensure high precision and can achieve a speed of up to 1500 bottles per hour.
The R1000/R1500 stands out for its ease of use and quick adaptability to various bottle formats (25 cl, 37.5 cl half-bottle, 75 cl bottle, magnum, etc.) without requiring additional equipment.
Additionally, these labeling machines can easily integrate into a complete bottling line.
For higher output requirements, CDA also offers other models such as the Léa (up to 2000 bottles/hour) and the Lystop S (up to 2500 bottles/hour).
