Description
This tool is a clamp that can be fitted to a mini-excavator-type mechanical arm. The complantor bucket enables you to carry out complantation work.
The advantage of this tool is that its design combines several functions: in the closed position, the clamp forms a claw which can decompact the soil, even in very stony soil. Once the soil has been decompacted under the roots, the vine can be removed by opening the clamp jaws and loaded into a trailer.
Then, in the closed position, you can level the decompacted space and insert a seedling through a hole in the clamp, into the hollow space formed between the clamp jaws. To plant the seedling, insert the clamp into the ground, open the jaws and release the plant. Once in the ground, remove the clamp and compact around the roots, then level off.
With the same tool and in a single pass, you can carry out all the work required for planting, i.e. 4 different passes: the first to pull up the vine, the second to pick it up, the third to replant the new plant and finally, the fourth to install a stake, protection and a little fertilizer.
