Label remover for separating adhesive labels from release liner DAISY
Description
The Daisy is an innovative machine developed by CDA to automatically separate adhesive labels from their backing paper (glassine), making recycling easier. This process simplifies label peeling and helps companies manage their labeling waste more efficiently.
How It Works:
After the label roll is inserted, a simple button press activates the cycle.
The labels are peeled off and rewound onto a cylindrical core selected by the user, while the glassine backing is separately wound onto another roll.
At the end of the process, two distinct rolls are formed: one containing the peeled-off labels and the other with the blank glassine backing.
Key Advantages:
Facilitated Recycling: By separating labels from the glassine backing, the latter can be recycled, supporting eco-friendly practices.
Reduced Waste Volume: The Daisy compacts waste by creating dense rolls, making storage and transportation more efficient.
Versatility: It can adapt to various requirements with multi-station configurations or specialized trays for different roll sizes.
Environmental Commitment:
By using the Daisy, companies can partner with glassine collection or recycling organizations, contributing to a more sustainable circular economy.
