LYSTOP automatic labeller and crimper
Description
The Lystop S by CDA is an automatic labeling machine specifically designed for the wine industry.
It can apply up to four labels (front label, back label, neck label, and medal) on wine bottles and also performs the crimping of metal and/or PVC capsules.
With its 3-point labeling technique, the Lystop S ensures a fast and efficient labeling process, achieving speeds of up to 2500 bottles per hour depending on bottle formats and label specifications. This makes it one of the fastest labeling machines in the Viti range.
The machine is praised for its user-friendliness and its ability to quickly adapt to different bottle formats, from half-bottles to Magnums, without requiring additional equipment. It can also be customized with a variety of options, such as an automatic bottle feeding system, marking/coding modules, extended conveyor length, and more, to meet specific user needs.
