For some years now, the wine industry has been promoting the use of chemical mixtures for cleaning and disinfecting vineyard and winery equipment. But this practice is not without risk. Several serious accidents have occurred in the Charentes and Gironde regions over the last few harvests. A reminder of the main preventive measures to be implemented and the tools available will be presented.
