Description
Consumers are increasingly appreciating light, fruity, and almost fresh red wines, with aromas of red fruits like cherry, strawberry, or raspberry and a light, indulgent structure. The desired profile is an easy to drink wine in its youth, which can be enjoyed slightly chilled or not.
Is this possible in Bordeaux with Bordeaux grape varieties like Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Malbec? Yes, but it requires adapting our winemaking techniques.
Our Enosens oenologists will detail the different winemaking techniques and the various enological inputs to use in producing this modern and trendy product. You will then taste concrete examples of light and fruity red wines.
