The emerging trend of wine-based cocktails is bringing new energy and revitalizing and rejuvenating the image of wine. This new way of consuming a product with a lot of traditions targets new consumers and offers infinite possibilities for blending.
Which flavor combinations for which wine? Which wines are ideal for cocktails, and how should they be used? In what proportions?
In this presentation, we will guide you through creating fresh, fun, and unique cocktails while focusing on balance, flavor, and texture combinations.
At the end of the presentation, you'll have the opportunity to taste some examples of wine-based cocktails.
