Marie-Pierre Lacoste-Duchesne, winegrower in Barsac, and Christian Gourgourio, winegrower near Bourg sur Gironde, both consultants, will share their experiences as winegrowers in agroecology (plant cover, plot design, physiological pruning, agroforestry, etc.). How can we reduce our interventions in the vineyard and adapt our practices to climate change? Why and how should trees be integrated into the viticultural system? Why maintain plant cover?
