An observatory to analyze and conserve the biodiversity of oenological microorganisms

Description
The wine industry is facing a number of environmental challenges. Backed by the UMR Oenologie, in partnership with the Bordeaux University Foundation, this observatory, which is part of the ISVV fund, aims to make a long-term commitment to monitoring the biodiversity of oenological microorganisms, and to help preserve the quality and typicity of wines in a context of transition. This forum will provide an opportunity to present the Observatory's missions and challenges, and the first results obtained from one year's monitoring.
