The aim is to help people discover or rediscover the BSV Vigne observers' network: what is the BSV (Bulletin de Santé du Végétal), what is required of observers (type of plot, protocol, data entry, etc.) and also what do they receive in exchange for their active participation: network dynamics, an observer's guide, an observation allowance, HVE points.
