PHASE 2: Analyzing Overall Company Performance Internal Audit and External Audit PHASE 3: Risk Detection Identification of potential risks in the export process. PHASE 4: Analysis of Strategic Malfunctions and Target Country Selection In-depth analysis to pinpoint and resolve strategic issues, targeting the appropriate countries. PHASE 5: Recommendations and Action Plan Proposal of actionable recommendations tailored to the company's goals. PHASE 6: Implementation of Action Plan and Setting Objectives by Country Execution of the action plan, including identifying funding opportunities and setting country-specific goals. PHASE 7: Action Monitoring and Follow-Up Regular tracking of implemented actions to ensure alignment with objectives.
