EXCELLENCE FINISHER is a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae produced using the Breeding technique, aiming to obtain a reliable strain with strong fructophilic action for restarting stuck fermentations, even in difficult conditions.
Thanks to its resistance and its reliability infermentation, EXCELLENCE FINISHER reduces the risks of organoleptic alterations.
