A strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae selected using the Breeding technique to produce rosé wines with a fresh and intense aromatic profile.
Benefiting from the latest knowledge in microbiology from our R&D teams, EXCELLENCE ROSÉ is characterised by its high consumption of SO2 and its low production of combining compounds (ethanal and others).
This specific feature allows winemakers to reduce their sulfite rates whilst maximising their effectiveness and amplifying the revelation of a rich and intense aromatic palette.
Wines present an aromatic profile marked by notes of fresh fruits and flowers, reinforced by an intense freshness on the palate.
With no marking compounds, the resulting aromatic purity gives wines a real sparkle.
This product is allowed for a use in Organic and NOP according to the current regulations.
