It is a real solution to bring balance to wines with high acidity.
Bacteria XTREM ensures the beginning of the MLF, thus avoiding the development of indigenous strains which could lead to organoleptic spoilages.
This product is allowed for a use in Organic and NOP according to the current regulations.
