Description

ŒNOBOIS offers a range of 22mm thick French oak Sticks for long maturation (6 to 10 months). The unique format of the ŒNOBOIS Stick gives a deeper extraction of the oak compounds to go even further in the search for intensity, aromatic persistence and tannic concentration on the palate. The 3D cubes, made from our sticks quality oak, are designed for slightly shorter maturation periods ( 2 to 4 months ).
